Example 1: Auction Ends at 7pm. There are no bids from 6:55 pm to 7pm. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 7pm.

Example 2: Auction ends at 7pm. A bid is placed at 6:59 pm, all lots are extended 5 minutes. No additional bids are placed in the extension time. All lots are declared sold and the sale ends at 7:04pm.

Example 3: Auction ends at 7pm. There is a bid placed at 6:57 pm, the auction is extended 5 mins to end at 7:02 pm. Another bid is placed at 7:00 pm, the auction again extends to 7:05 pm. This example continues until no bids are placed in the last 5 minutes of the auction. 











TERMS & CONDITIONS: All Angus Cattle represented on Live Wire Auction will sell under the standard terms and conditions of the American Angus Association, including dispersal terms when stated in a dispersal setting. Live Wire Auction makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the information used to describe lots or any other merchandise sold on this site. All lots and merchandise are presented as described by the Seller. Lots are sold as is. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and, by these terms, it is the Bidder’s responsibility to personally inspect all lots that he/she or it may purchase. Failure on part of the Bidder to inspect lots, or otherwise be fully informed as to the nature, quality and condition of lots purchased, will not constitute grounds for any type of refund or termination of the sale agreement between the Buyer and Seller. All lots and merchandise sold become the property of Buyer at the conclusion of the auction. Sale Management is not responsible for the condition or health of lots sold and purchased, either at the time of sale or time of delivery. Placing a bid represents a valid offer between the Bidder and Seller. Once a bid is submitted and confirmed by the Bidder, it cannot be retracted. If a Bidder places the winning bid, the offer then becomes a binding contract to purchase the lot(s) or merchandise, and the Bidder is obligated to buy the lot(s) or merchandise at the final bidding price. Fraudulent bids can and will be pursued in a court of law. The Seller and Sale Manager reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids unless otherwise stated. There are NO BUYERS PREMIUMS in effect for this auction.

 

INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to new buyer registered by e-mail at the close of bidding and sale. If you do not receive invoice by e-mail within 24 hours following the close of the auction please contact (417) 293-8002. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased and immediately reported to the Credit Bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not based on financing. Live Wire Auction reserves the right to charge the entire purchase price and late fees to the credit card on file if payment is not made in the seven days after the close of the auction.

 

TRUCKING: Each buyer is responsible for making their own trucking arrangements thru seller or Live Wire Auction. Trucking arrangements need to be made prior to or immediately following the sale. NO animal(s) will be delivered until payment is made in full.

 

HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each animal. Any exportable animal(s) will need special testing and will be at buyer's expense unless otherwise discussed with seller.

 

LIABILITY: Live Wire Auction is not responsible for injury or accidents. Animal(s) become property of the new buyer when sold. Following the auction it is recommend that all new owners take out mortality insurance on their purchases. Live Wire Auction nor seller cannot be held responsible for the health or condition of animals after the conclusion of animal(s) being sold. Live Wire Auction assumes no liability for accidents or injuries that occurs. All Angus breeding stock will sell under standard terms and conditions of the American Angus Association.
